Insurance we accept
Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
Many employers offer free counseling sessions through an EAP. We work with MYgroup, Workplace Options, Optum EAP, ComPsych, and others case by case. Ask your HR department or call the number on the back of your insurance card for an authorization, then add the code to your intake packet.
Not currently in network
Medicaid, Medicare, Tricare, Humana, Ambetter, Healthy Blue, WellCare, and Kaiser. If your plan has out-of-network benefits, we provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement.
Self-pay rates
A sliding scale is available for individual and couples sessions — ask your clinician. SAP evaluations are self-pay only. Agency pricing for CCA/PCP documentation is arranged directly.
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, HSA/FSA cards, cash, check, ACH, PayPal, and Venmo.
Cancellation & no-show policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time. A $75 fee applies to appointments missed or canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, except where prohibited by your insurance plan. This fee is not billed to insurance.
There is a 10-minute grace period. If you have not arrived or joined within 10 minutes of your appointment time, the session is considered a no-show. After three no-shows, clients are discharged from services.
How verification works
When you book, you'll complete a secure intake packet with your insurance details. We check your benefits with your plan before your first session and tell you the estimated copay, deductible, or coinsurance. Your plan makes the final determination when the claim is processed.
